VIP (that's Very Important Patient) Service is something I am committed to providing each and every patient I see. I respect the committment you have made as a patient to improve your health. I also understand and respect the fact that your time is just as valuable as mine. Here is what I pledge to every VIP

~You will be seen no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

~I will not double-book appointments or try to jam too many patients into each hour of the day.

~You will not be moved to a treatment room to sit and wait.

~Your treatment time is spent 100% with me.

~I will listen to your health concerns and we will work together to establish treatment goals.

~Each treatment plan is customized for that patient's needs.
